DYSTOPIAL BAND
DYSTOPIAL, originally Stewart McRae, is a Glasgow based rock band that consists of Stewart McRae, Jude Davis, and Matthew Swingler. In the last 3 years they have released multiple original songs and performed live at venues all over Scotland such as the iconic King Tut's Wah Wah Hut. While the search for a new permanent Bassist continues, the group is setting their sights on writing anthemic tunes and playing stellar shows in the second half of 2024.
2024
2024 saw the bands return to King Tut's as they played to an energetic crowd on the 29th of February, followed by another great show at Room 2 in Glasgow on the 13th of April. Since the departure of their bassist and an extended hiatus due to injury, the group have now returned to writing and rehearsing for the latter half of 2024, in which they are expected to play more shows in Glasgow, as well as make their triumphant return to Edinburgh!
